Getting hacked and payment charged.

Hi guys,

I was charged ~430$ for "buying Adobe" from visa card 3 days ago, though I don't buy it and I don't share my payment method to anyone. Despite the truth that I was hacked, I must pay for this charging but it's really upset. I'm waiting for reply of my bank teller but it seems no hope.

Is there any solution so that I can reach to Adobe Support team for further help?

I'll be appreciate for your relpy, thanks all and hve a good day!

My bank calls me today and I was told that Adoe has confirmed that I was hacked and the bank pays me back the money was charged before! It's so great to know, thanks for your concern too ^^

you don't have to pay for purchases that were not authorized by you.  you can report fraudulent usage of your card to your credit card issuer.

before you do that check, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html

Hi there, I am reporting to the bank and they're connecting with Adobe in order to check this case. On the other hand, they also told me that if there is no support from Adobe, I have to pay that money.

Thanks for your info though, have a nice day ^^

did you tell your issuer that you need to cancel your current credit card because it's being used by someone without your authorization?
