Google won't process refund

Google denied my refund request and I am now left no choice but to contact Adobe. I was charged for an annual subscription at around March 13, 2026 9pm GMT+8 and I processed a refund on google at March 14, 2 am. Please help. This was from Adobe PS Express and it was a yearly subscription. I only intended to try the 7 day trial but I forgot about it and now I got charged for it and google wont let me refund. Please help, it’s a large amount.

My ShopeePay was charged an amount of PHP 2,800

It seems that Google is the one that has your money.

I have the same problem, did they refund you?

They haven't. Even though support said to me I had to wait 5-7 days as they have raised a case to the Android team. It's been 7 business days but no refunds received. It's weird.

They have refunded me today, im from the philippines and I cc'd all the government office that handles stuff like google play and they gave the refund immediately, trust me it took the whole morning and afternoon, hours and hours of ranting and complaining thru their chat support. Just search in google or ai google what department on your country you can file a complaint against them.

When you buy from Google I don’t think Adobe can help… but try support

Hi @saschi !

Apologies for the delayed response. Since this involves billing and account-specific details, the best way to resolve it quickly is to contact Adobe’s support team, which can securely review your account.

They can be reached here: https://adobe.ly/483JtDX

Hope this helps!

Hi, I've already tried to contact support but I am getting varying answers. Sometimes they are saying that my refund is being processed and have to wait 5-7 days while other agents say Adobe cannot do anything. Please help

@saschi

When you use the Chat, type “agent” to get a human and not the bot. If they say they can’t help, get a case number and ask for Tier 2 support or a supervisor.
