I got an Ad on Instagram that said, "You can buy all adobe products at around Rs. 200/- only. Is it legit or fake?

That is fake! The product that they want to sell does not exist! There is no "Adobe Master Collection CC 2022". And Adobe products, with some exceptions, are available only on subscription basis, not as "lifetime" licenses.

      You are right to be careful. Total fake. If you get anything it will come with malware. Also, the criminals will have your credit card number to play with. There is no lifetime option for these apps.
