Got charged 130.- after canceling subscription, cannot renew.
So i had a cloud student and teacher edition (one year) running but i wanted to cancel it, then once i realised i had to pay 130.- to cancel i didnt want to anymore, it gave me an option to cancel the cancelation but once i pressed that it got canceled anyway. I am dutch so i got a official adobe dutch email stating that i could renew my subscription with this link, when pressed it just sends me to my profile,it doesnt actually allow me to renew it.
Later I went to the live chat and I got told that I cannot renew my subscription and that I have to get a new one (rendering my 130.- gone)
my questions:
Is there a way to renew the subscription and get the 130.- back, if not, where do i see the payments and other info, because as far as i know i cannot see that once the subscription is canceled.
If I actually cant renew my subscription, why did I get an email with a link saying that I can?!
