Got Charged Automatically. Trying to Get an Refund
Hello,
I signed up for an Adobe free trial but did not continue using it after the trial ended. I never used the paid plan. At the time, my card had no funds, so the payment did not go through. However, today my savings account was charged automatically for the full annual plan.
Since I only used the free trial and never used the paid subscription, I believe this charge was unintended. I kindly request help to process a full refund for this payment.
