Got charged but don't have access

I got the free trial to finish some college work and forgot to cancel it. Fine, thats on me, so I thought I'd use use the month and get some extra credit work done but it said I had to buy it again. Therefore I assumed I didn't have enough in my bank account.

Today I got my bank statement and I was charged £19.97.

I would either like a refund on this or a month of access to premire pro
