Got charged but no product

One of my kids downloaded a free trialof Adobe photoshop for Android with out my knowledge and didn't cancel Google charged me $100.00 . But before that I had Google support remove the app. I never used it and my kids don't have my phone enough where they would use it I think they downloaded the. Free trial and forgot. So I disputed it and one then Google came back and won . You would think they have enough money already so now I've paid 100.00 for something I don't have and something I wouldn't use. I would think they would replace it with something but there's nothing I would use that they have to offer. What do I do, do I have to go out and buy a camera and take up photography and hope the give the app back? What a great greedy company Google is. What can I do about it im m not going to eat that $100.00 they need to give me something for my money if I were to do what they did it would b called stealing. Who do I contact what else do they have to.offer and if I'm stuck and have to keep what I was charged for if I reinstall will it recognize that it's been paid for anybody been through this or something similar any help or advice would be appreciated thanjs
