Got charged for Adobe Pro free trial despite cancelling before 14 days

Hi, I have started a free trial for adobe pro on 6 Aug 2025, which clearly told me the free trial will end on 21 Aug and I have to cancel before this date to prevent charges. I cancelled my trial on 14 Aug 2025. But i was still charged on 21 Sep 2025.

Please find a way to refund me thanks. This is a scam.

in addition to checking your account to ensure you cancelled all trials, you should have the two adobe confirmation emails.  one when you started your trial and one when you cancelled.  save both.

Thanks for posting your question about your recent subscription commitment, Yue, to this public discussion forum. In addition to the suggestions offered by Randy, John, and Kglad, please see https://adobe.ly/3KajP7L for details on how to switch between the multiple accounts that have been created under your email address. You will need to log in to the correct account to self-cancel the subscription. If the self-cancel process described in https://adobe.ly/42ETMeX then you are logged in with the incorrect account, Yue. ^JW

Log in to your Adobe account and click this link https://account.adobe.com
-do you see the pending subscription refund that you expect?

This is a user-to-user forum, and unfortunately there is nothing we can do about your order.

This is the latest information that I've found to address Adobe subscription cancellations:

https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html?promoid=61PM7X11&mv=other

Hope this helps,
