Got charged for cancelled trial plan

Hi there,

I tried the Adobe DC Trial plan cancelled it before the date was due and got charged anyway with over €200!
I want my money back - asap!

Help section didn't help and I didn't find anything for a supportchat or an email adress. I just got linked forth and back inside the help-FAQ. I'm quite pissed right now.

Hi I got charged $79.99 , I don't know what for as I don't use any paid Adobe products on my computer. I did try a test program but cancelled it as it was no use to me, so kindly refund my account to the tune of $79.99 ASAP,

Yours sincerely,

Peter G Schaffer

check your account to see if it's canceled. https://account.adobe.com

then contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

How do we file a class action suit against Adobe for its fraudulent business practices and extremely poor Customer Service? I'm really angry. I feel like I'm caught in a similar web as you.
