Grace Year on Education Price

I have graduated from school and this page says I should receive a grace year on the education price: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/graduation-education-discount-expiry.html

Recently I tried getting an education verification link to confirm with Adobe that I have followed a study and therefore have the right for an extended student discount.

I previously got my student discount through this service that the school I attended in The Netherlands used https://www.surfspot.nl, hence why I hadn’t done this earlier.

This required sending in a piece of evidence, so I send in my diploma. It is said to take around 72 hours at most for someone to verify it, but I still don’t have a response after far more time.

I’m kind of lost on what to do next and wonder if anyone here might know.
