Graduated college -- can I turn my enterprise account into a personal? Currently locked out.

I just graduated from college and will continue using the full suite of Adobe CC apps. I'm hoping to use the same account so I don't lose certain files (especially my Portfolio site) but I do not want the account to remain an enterprise account nor have any ties to my school. I would also like to change the email, Adobe ID, etc.. Currently I can sign in but can't use the help features on Adobe's site for whatever reason (the plan has expired, but I have until June 8 before my site is no longer published).

Congraduations!!

 

Your school owns their Enterprise Plan.  Now that you've graduated, you need to subscribe to your own individual plan. 


Creative Cloud Photography Plan -- approx $10/month for 12 months. Includes the latest versions of these great products & services:
-- Photoshop CC and Photoshop on iPad
-- Lightroom on desktop, mobile and the web
-- Lightroom Classic
-- Portfolio website + hosting
-- Spark with premium features
-- Bridge
-- 20 GB cloud storage (upgradable to 1 TB).

Creative Cloud All Apps (31 + apps & services) and Single Apps Plans

With regard to Portfolio, contact the Portfolio support team directly and ask them if they can move your old PF/Behance site to your new plan ID.  If your school plan has already expired, don't delay in contacting Portfolio support.
