Great product terrible customer service

When another company creates  a comprable program and has some semblace of  customer service I will cancel Adobe.  The bot based text service is horrrible.  I need some pretty simple help and could use a human to talk to.  Is the goal of this company just to make the maximum profit or to provide a good serivce?  Part of good service is compentent and responsive support.

Michelle, thanks for your question. You can use the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html to self-cancel the active memberships and subscriptions under your account. Please make sure to complete the process soon for the Photoshop subscription if you wish to avoid any penalty.

If you have any questions about fees or charges, click on https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen to chat with a member of our support team. You will be first assisted by what you have called a bot to help route your inquiry and verify it cannot resolve your question. You may need to use a different device to contact us if you cannot reach a human, Michelle.
