On November 22, I was provided with a code with certain conditions (redeem before December 30, 2024), which were not the same as those provided to me in the chat when I agreed to receive this replacement code. I was told that I could activate it for one year, meaning without any issues, when my subscription ends in June 2025. Until then, it is unnecessary to have two codes running in parallel with the same conditions. In the chat, I haven't been able to reach the right people to solve the issue, an Adobe problem, which for me will result in having to pay an additional 5 months for a code due to an error from Adobe

We appreciate you reaching out. I understand you were provided a discount coupon code for your Adobe subscription. Where did you get the code from? Could you share more details?

no one here can help either.  ie, you have to go through adobe support.
