Hacked Creative Cloud & Stock Accounts

Hi there,

In late 2025 all my devices were hacked and I lost access to the two email accounts used to login to my Creative Cloud account (all apps) and Adobe Stock account.

A year later I am still paying my subscription fees for both services in the hope I can get access back to my accounts (and re-start my business).

I have lost access to the two email accounts associated with these accounts (it was reported to my local cyber crime police force).

I have lost access to the phone number associated with these accounts accounts too however I continue to pay the fees every month.
This is easy for me to prove via my bank statements.

I have wasted an entire year of subscription fees.

Can anyone help me or suggest a way to contact Adobe support to regain access to my accounts?

I greatly appreciate any help.
Thanks.

    Thank you for posting, @realistic_connoisseur20bb.

I can understand how frustrating this must be, particularly after losing access to the accounts and continuing to see subscription charges for services you haven’t been able to use.

I checked the Adobe account associated with this Community profile, and there are currently no active subscriptions under this account. Since the subscriptions you’re trying to recover were associated with different email addresses that you can no longer access, please review the account sign-in and recovery options here:

If you're still unable to regain access, please contact us directly so the account and billing details can be reviewed securely:
