Hello

I had a student subscription that will end in a week,

I got offered to MAINTAIN it, but I the subscription will be 30% higher price per month.

I chose to cancel my subscribtion (which will end in few days = whole year has passed)

Question 1:

Can I cancel the.. cancellation? And still get the offer I got?

Question 2:

Can I perhaps maintain the old price I had for the student subcription? (It included ALL products btw)

Thanks

The first year price is an introductory price.  Subsequent years will be higher.

quote

Eligible students 13 and older and teachers can purchase an annual membership to Adobe® Creative Cloud™ for a reduced price of $19.99/month for the first year. After the first year we will renew your contract automatically for another year at the then-current standard monthly price (currently at $29.99/month), unless you cancel.

Infortunately its 35€ (instead of 29.99$) it should be lower even than 29.99 if you convert dollar to euro.

did you contact support?

contact adobe support (if your subscription is NOT managed by your school), and ask.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
