Had an old personal account which I stopped, now have a plan from work.

Hi.. had an old personal account, which I stopped last year.

My work provided me with a work creative cloud license,  which I used to install the apps on my computer. 

 

but on the web, it says I'm not subscribed, and keeps saying to renew my old license.

if you never have been able to use your work license, contact your work's plan administrator.

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

One more information.  Both the accounts are on the same email..
