Hard to contact Adobe support now by email

Why it is now very hard perhaps impossible to contact Adobe support by sending email to support@adobe.com Days, weeks almost 3 months, I have not yet received answers from Adobe. 

Is there anymore know what other email address that can be used to contact Adobe Support Centre?

    I have used multiple browsers, multiple time of day and no avail. This is the only site I have had this problem with so I know there is nothing wrong with my card or Paypal, just Adobe's interface.

    Unfortunately, most businesses these days don't operate their businesses properly. They're greedy. They want your money but they don't want YOU. They don't want to be bothered by you. They don't care if you're having problems with their websites. They're only concerned about how much money they can cheat you out of.

    I agree. I have been trying to upgrade my PSE but can't pay. I get told my card isn't good and that Paypal is unavailable and yet this is the only site I have trouble with. Guess I am stuck with the version I have until it no longer works. Yes, I tried chat. I got sales but since it is an upgrade I got transferred to someone else and both times I have tried that I have gotten disconnected. Extremely poor customer service.

    Most big businesses intentionally make it hard for the public to contact them. They don't want to be bothered by us. They only want our money. Here's the email I'm trying to send & I need them to read it...

    Dear greedy Adobe,
     
    I already bought the DVD for  PSE9 & PSE2018 but you have made it to where I can no longer use either one which, in my opinion, is the same as stealing. I paid for them & should be able to use them as long as I want but since I can't I just ordered the DVD for  PSE2023. How long can I use it before you steal it? I haven't even been able to use the 2018 version for 10 years! So am I only going to get 7 years use out of the 2023 version?
     
    So, greedy Adobe, you have screwed up my life. I have a small digital scrapbooking business that I make products for daily. Now I can't since you stole the ones I PAID FOR! I download several free image editors but they all suck. I'm 73 years old & I have Dementia so it's very hard for me to learn something new. I get so confused & overwhelmed that I usually end up crying & giving up. My 2023 version won't arrive for 3 days so I'm going to be behind in my production because of you, not to mention the stress of not being able to work.
     
    Of course, my income is very low being on Social Security. I really couldn't afford to buy another product but am being forced to because of your greed.
     
    I know you aren't the only one that does this. Windows Office is like that now too. You big businesses shouldn't be able to get away with taking your products away from people after they've PAID for them! 
     
    Also, I'm sure I won't like the 2023 because I didn't like the 2018 version. For some reason, you insist on putting those annoying crop suggestions in your programs. What's up with that? All the designers I know are annoyed by it too. Please stop adding that annoyance to your future versions.
     
    Ok, said my piece. Just answer my question. How long do I get to use the 2023 version before you steal it from me?

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

    chat:
    if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
    and click here,
    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    tweet @AdobeCare

    p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
