Has Anyone Faced Long Delays with Invoice Corrections?

Hi,

I’ve had a re-invoicing request open with Adobe Support for 10 business days, and still haven’t received a resolution or clear update. This is holding up our accounting process and becoming a serious issue.

 

Has anyone here dealt with something similar?

  • How long did it take for your corrected invoice to come through?

  • Did you find any faster way to escalate or get it resolved?

  •  

Any advice or shared experiences would be really appreciated.

We're sorry for the delay in resolution. I can see that the issue has been escalated yesterday. I'm sure that you'll be contacted through email or phone for getting the issue addressed ASAP.

Hi @Shivangi_Gupta 

Thanks for the update, but it’s been 6 days since the escalation — and 14 business days total since the original request — and I still haven’t been contacted by anyone from billing.

This is now seriously affecting our accounting deadlines. I need the corrected invoice sent to me immediately, or a specific update from the billing team.

Please confirm this has been escalated again, thank you.
