Have a paid subscription with adobe illustrator on iPad but cannot get past the “subscribe now” page

Hi,

I've had a paid subscription with adobe illustrator on the iPad for about 3 months now. I hadn't used it in a while and tried to use it about a month ago but when I open the app this pops up:

I've tried signing out and logging in with other accounts and I've tried "Restore your purchase". It all results in coming back to this page.
I know I've paid as I have the invoices and when I first open the app and this subscription page loads, I can see a box saying that I have already subscribed.
I've deleted the app and downloaded it again and it didn't change anything.

 What should I do?

Thanks in advance.

It seems to be fixed now. Not sure why. I merged my Microsoft and adobe account so maybe that worked.

Hi nice_sunrise7654,

We're here to help you. I see that you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with this community, however, there isn't any active subscription under this ID. I assume that you have used a different ID to purchase the subscription. Try logging in with a different ID and see if that works.  If you would like us to check the details, kindly log out from the community and login with a different ID ( Which you think you might have used, post again for help.

Thanks

Hi!

Thank you for your quick response. Do you know how I could find which account has the subscription? I have the subscription under my apple account (I can see that in my App Store) but it uses the same email address as for this account and any other account I might have. I tried logging in with my Apple, google and Microsoft account but they all use the same email so they logged me into this nice-sunrise account.

The app used to work and I used it for about 2 weeks before I took a break and tried to start again. I hadn't done anything to the app other than open it now and that popped up.

Kind regards,

NS
