Having issues paying

Good Morning, 

I've made a new Adobe account , Every time I enter my card details to become a new memeber of the monthly Subscripbtion, it buffers and it doesnt continue to the next page. I have tried it Several times with new ID even and still gives me the same results.

Yes i did, But its still giving the same results. Although, they transferred me to their team.
