Having Trouble Upgrading to New Plan

Hi there,

I am a student and wanted to upgrade my Adobe plan from the Photography (20GB) to the All Apps plan. When I tried doing so, I received this error message saying I needed to cancel my current Photography plan before upgrading to the All Apps plan.

So I deactivated that plan and received notice that I would be charged a $10.99 early cancellation fee (no problem). But after deactivating the Photography plan, I still wasn't able to purchase the All Apps plan.

Could someone advise or make this change on the back end within the Adobe Support Team?

Thanks so much,

Kahrin
