He dado de baja mi suscripción

Buenas tardes, se me pasó la semana de prueba Adobe Premium,y a principios de ésta semana me han cobrado la suscripción de todo un año,porque me equivoqué y no lo puse mensual,di de baja mi suscripción en cuanto vi que se lo habían cobrado,como me hacen la devolución del importe por favor,no sé a donde dirigirme ni como gestionarlo,gracias.
