I’m sorry you’re running into this, especially after subscribing so you could continue creating without the previous limitation.

I can see that you have Firefly generative credits available. Since you’re able to generate successfully on the Firefly website but are still seeing the error in the app, could you let us know which Adobe app you’re using, whether you’re on iOS or Android, and which Firefly feature you’re trying to use when the message appears?
