    To cancel the subscription, how can I proceed? Your assistance isn't
    functioning properly? The service freezes when I attempt to cancel the
    subscription. I do not wish to be in an agreement with such a company.

    if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

    there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

    chat:
    use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    tweet @AdobeCare

    p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

    I would like to cancel my subscription as I couldn’t log into my account within the specified timeframe. There seems to be a system error, not on my part. Consequently, I am unable to cancel my subscription. I wish to terminate my agreement with Adobe. am writing to inform you that I am unable to cancel my subscription due to issues with logging into my account and contacting support. Your form had errors, which prevented me from reaching out for assistance. I will not continue paying for the subscription if I am unable to cancel it in time due to your system error.In addition to my previous message, if you offer services in Poland, the option to contact support should also be available in Polish. Please cancel my subscription. I no longer wish to use your services.
