Hello, Adobe staff. You're having a hard time concentrating on your work even in the Corona situation. I am leaving this inquiry to terminate the plan for all programs. After studying about the production of photo and video contents through monthly plan payment, I checked the phrase about 50% penalty when I was about to cancel the plan because I thought I would not need to finish studying. It's too unfair to pay the penalty. I think the penalty should be posted on the front so that everyone can see it. But Adobe didn't provide me with the penalty information.
