Hello! I cancelled my Photoshop subscription

Hello! I cancelled my Photoshop subscription before the next billing cycle and disabled payment access on my card. I was not aware that cancelling a “monthly” plan would trigger a $120 early termination fee. I never agreed to pay for the full year in advance.

Could you please cancel this charge or remove the balance from my account? I had no intent to continue the plan and acted in good faith.

You have canceled your monthly plan successfully. You will be able to continue to use the service until your renewal date. Please see https://adobe.ly/42E1GWp for more information. Refunds are only available within the first 14 days of the first month of the monthly plan. ^JW

For anyone else reading this
Please read everything so you know what you are doing BEFORE you buy a subscription... the link below has the information you need
.
If you buy a HIGHER COST Monthly subscription you may cancel at any time without a fee... when you buy an Annual subscription with Monthly payments, and you do not cancel in NO MORE than 14 days from the start of your subscription, you pay 1/2 of the remaining time if you cancel early... you also need to keep track of your annual renewal date, so you may cancel after your 12th payment, before your subscription renews and you start a new one year subscription
