Hello, I have a problem canceling your premium package in Adobe Reader. A few days ago, I started a trial version, but I no longer want to use the application. However, I don’t have the option to cancel—no matter what I try, I get an error on the page. Could you please help me cancel?

It keeps trying to charge money from my account, which I don’t want since I really won’t be using the application. So I kindly ask you to help me resolve this issue.

    Thank you for posting, @Kendrickamar1!

I am sorry for the problems you are encountering canceling your recent subscription for Acrobat Premium and that you did not find more value from in our services.

Were you able to use a different web browser as suggested by @kglad?

Please see https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481 for information on how to cancel your Acrobat subscription through the Google Play Store.

For additional details on Google Play’s refund policy see https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637.

Please update this discussion, @Kendrickamar1, if you have any additional questions.

while waiting, try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled to see if you can cancel using that.
