Hello. I have a question for you:

I have two accounts between the main and the second account. My main account already has photoshop and Illustrator but I would also like to reinstall on the second account for my sister, but what will happen if I reinstall the two programs by entering the Users folder? Will I risk paying the package I bought for the second time?

When you organize your story, or is that BoscoBello and sister are not using one of the PC,

is used to switch the account of the OS?

Along with that, are you sure about the installation method for using Photoshop and

Illustrator with your sister's account?

If it is Creative Cloud (CC), even if there are multiple users on one device,

you can switch between logging in and out of the Creative Cloud desktop application,

so installation is only necessary once and re-installation is unnecessary.
However, the license (= AdobeID) cannot be shared with your sister because of the terms,

so you need to purchase additional licenses for your sister in any way.
