Hello...I pay twice for one subscription

Hi to everyone.

I think at some moment something went wrong when I upgraded for 1 TB.

So I pay for

  1. Photoshop Creative cloud  ( with included Apps) 25,51€/m for a yearly subscription

  1. Creative cloud (with all Apps) with 1Tb 24,19 €/m for a yearly subscription

Tried to contact Adobe but seems impossible to contact them…all these companies seems to become closed boxes. I’m almost with Adobe since it was launched previous century. Remember it was possible to contact them directly by mail…what I did

So tried to cancel the first but then comes a message that I will lose everything ( portfolio, lightroom,…)

So I really can’t figure out what went wrong and how I can get out of this situation…

Actually I’m just using PS, LR, LRC, portfolio

And any chance I see my money back…think I payed several 100s of € to much.

Even thinking of canceling everything from Adobe to get rid of this problem and continue with Topaz and Luminar that are also in my possession…

So would like to have a solution for this problem and would thank anyone who can help me

Freindly Greetings

I see! Since you have an annual plan, you are being asked to pay early termination fees for cancelling the plan before term end. You can check this article to know more about the subscription terms: https://adobe.ly/4mSrfdf

I would personally advise you to get in touch with our support team here: https://adobe.ly/4nKfAyw

They'll provide you the best possible solution in a scenario like this.

Meanwhile, you can also check which plan suits best for your requirements here: https://adobe.ly/4h5cnH9

I hope it helps.

Once I got past the “virtual assistant,” the Adobe team stepped in and helped me brilliantly. They cancelled my Photoshop subscription and will refund the last six months.

Everything is okey — my portfolio and Lightroom catalogue are fully intact.
I’m a happy customer again! 🙌

A huge thank you to everyone, and especially to the amazing Adobe team!

Hi @edwarddebruyn2,

Thanks for reaching out. I reviewed your account details and found that you have CC Photography Plan and a separate plan for Adobe Photoshop(as you mentioned) since 6 months.

I would recommend you to cancel the Adobe Photoshop subscription as it is already included in the Photography plan.

Please follow the article shared by @kglad above to get more information about the cancellation process.

Let us know if you have any questions. I'm here to answer

check your account, https://account.adobe.com

what's it show?

eg, any payment problems,?
more than one subscription?
only the plan(s) you want?
