Hello, I want to cancel the service.
hello, I'm now the member of the creative cloud, in Korea.
However, I really wanted to stop using it after the trial but I had a technical problem.
After the 14 days, I could not cancel it without penalty fee.
I asked like 10 times to Adobe Community in Korea, but they didn't respond to it.
Therefore, however my english is poor, I decided to contact with the 'Adobe Support Community'.
I really want to stop being user of the creative cloud, and I don't want to spend more money since now.
I hope this message will arrive there as soon as posible.
