Hello, I would like a refund for the fee after my trial period ended, which was automatically paid from my Dana account. I have already canceled the subscription. Please refund it immediately.

I did a free trial on June 7th, and when June 14th there was an automatic payment in my funds account, And I just realized today, June 16th, and I immediately canceled my subscription and it said the total refund was Rp. 197,691. I beg and hope my money will be returned soon. because I really need the money 

Hi ​@Nur Fauziah refunds are automatic and are processed in around 2 weeks. If you have cancelled and are eligible for refund you would get the same within the said time frame
