hello? I would like to cancel my plan but as it is suspended I am not able to cancel it

I would like to cancel my Adobe subscription, but since my plan has been suspended, I am unable to do so through my account dashboard.

Could you please let me know if there’s any action I need to take, or if I should simply leave it as is? I would prefer not to have an inactive plan suspended for an extended period.

    ie, you can't cancel a suspended plan.  you have to resolve the issue(s) that caused the suspension, then you can cancel.

    I see the Creative cloud subscription that you have is suspended. Please get in touch with support (link shared above) to get this resolved.
