Hello, my Adobe subscription was recently canceled/terminated due to “fraud”, but I don't understand why?

Could you please review my account and explain what triggered? The subscription was paid using my own payment method, and I can provide proof of payment or any information you need to verify my identity and the transaction. my email is <removed-kglad>

    Thanks for posting, @realistic_inventora46c.

I understand how concerning it would be to have your subscription unexpectedly terminated due to a fraud-related review, especially when you believe the payment method and account information associated with the purchase are valid.

Thank you as well to @kglad and @Manan Joshi for helping in this discussion.

I can confirm that you already have an active support case regarding this issue: ADB-47068741-W8L4. Because fraud-review actions involve private account and payment information, we're unable to review or discuss the details publicly in the community.

Please continue working directly with the team through case ADB-47068741-W8L4. If you have additional questions or supporting information, please update your existing support case so the assigned team can review and assist further.
