Hello u guys keep charging me after i most certainly cancelled my plans I cancelled 2 plans to be exact yet u guys still charge me with insane amount of money please stop

Please stop charging my account even tho I cancelled both fees I keep losing money and its to u guys although I cancelled my fees yet I am getting emails from my bank almost everyday talking about transaction declined although I cancelled all my plans even on the app it says both plans are cancelled and also I want to delete my account but it keeps saying error please fix this issue so I can delete my account and u guys can stop charging my card

    @kglad no everything went through just fine so I dont know what's the problem but I did call them and they said they will fix the problem

    Hello I did exactly that and they in fact are saying I cancelled the plans the two plans so I don’t know why they keep charging me insane amount of money $252? Why such a insane amount when I legit cancelled my plans that is stealing and I want to delete my account so they can leave me alone yet it isn’t working and they keep saying error

    use https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html to make sure you’re checking the correct account(s).  then use https://account.adobe.com to check those accounts and confirm everything is cancelled.

    did you fail to cancel during the refund period and are being charged the penalty for early cancellation of annual plans?
