The problem is that I accidentally activated 2 plans and I didn't know about it. I was only using one and the second one was charged to me, which I can't afford to pay. I didn't know about the second plan and I never used it.

cancel it.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
