Hi! I am Ditjon, and I am struggling with Adobe payment plans! I cancelled the default plan (the one which pays monthly), and then I got an offer to got this another month for free. I accepted the offer, but then I accidentally cancelled it also! I wanted to not pay form Oct 27 so I wanted it to expire in Oct 27, and it writes the same at my account but it is saying "You cancelled this plan", which for me meant that I will pay more.

I got two questionos:

1. According to what I've done will my account expire on Oct 27 or no?

2. How can I manage the plan again because it isn't showing the button anymore?

If you can help me, thanks a lot!

    you can check you account yourself, https://account.adobe.com

     

    and if you need help doing something in your account, contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

    chat:
    use a browser that allows popups and cookies
    and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true
