This evening, I bought a subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud through a the website we use for education-professionals. I had one last year.  I always use different emailadresses if I get a new licence so I cannot get confused. I do this by adding +1 or +2 etc. behind my original email (example+1@gmail.com). So last year I had a +1, and now I ordered with a +2-account.

Here's the problem: i cannot create a +2 account, because it says it belongs to another account. BUT, if I try to sign in with that same +2-account, it says no such account exists. If I login with my +1-account and try to change the email to a +2-account, it says it cant, because that adress allready exists.

I cannot call, because my +1 account isn't paid, and I cannot make or login to a +2 account.

Help me please.

And what exactly is the problem? You have an account, use that one to take your plan. Don't try to make your life complicated.
