Help center doesnt work and i need to use my creative cloud [Locked]
My name is Mariana, i wrtiting you because the "chat" does not work. Well, the situation is that on june 7 I got a problem and one of you co-wokers told me that i was paying two suscriptions, they cancelled one and they gave me for free 60 days, and now i can see and advice telling me that i have only 3 more days, its july 6, i have another free month. And also they told me that i will have back my money from all the months that i was paying extra, and I have not seen that mony on my card again. I hope you can help me. Thanks
