Help!!!How to change my annual plan?

Greetings Adobe Support Community.

I am a graduate of the University of Edinburgh. I purchased the annual student plan last year. However, after I graduate this year, the university will log out of my email. I will no longer be able to log in to the university email. This means that I can not log in with the University of Edinburgh’s corporate email authentication. How do I change the annual plan?
