HELP! I can't contact adobe but they took money from my account but I thought I removed my card and

I can't contact adobe, but they took money from my account, but I thought I removed my card and cancelled my subscription after the free trial. I can't access contact support because it says to go through my administration (being my uni), however, they aren't the ones paying for it!!!

 

If anyone knows if there is a way to get my money back, please help, I don't use adobe generally, I used it for a free trial thing and haven't since, I don't have 20 pounds to lose on thissss T-T

I need help. Been using PS for a long time. computer just crashed. got it running again after a reset. But had to reload PS.

error message keeps telling me im activated on 2 computers already so i can t use it on this computer  but this is the one i was using before the crash.  Cant seem to figure it out.

deactivate all computers at your account, https://account.adobe.com and then sign in to your cc desktop app
