Help I need my money back

Question

Ive been getting 36 tooken out of my accounts every month and I don't know how to stop it I need my money back. I NEED ANSWERS NOW I cant pay for things I need in my life because of this they keep taking money from me every month somebody please I need help to stop this and get my money back.
