Help me About Payment Twice

Question

Frist time on November I will Buy Creative Cloud Student Plan on [e-mail removed by moderator] But me enter wrong E-mail [e-mail removed by moderator].  And this E-mail  not registered on Adobe Account. But why My Bank Account Payment to Adobe ?
