Help me cancel

Good day, I signed up for a free trial of 7 days with Acrobat Pro on the 27 May 2026, and just the following day 28 May 2026 cancelled my subscription.  My cancellation has not been done on your end. please assist as this deduction is putting my bank acc in debit....reference no  AE05648304652CZA

    check your account, https://account.adobe.com to see if you have another subscription (eg, acrobat pro or ai for acrobat).

    please cancel everything ...your cancellation process is very complicated ...it requires a payment update that i will not perform….
