Help Needed – Incorrect Debit on My Account

Dear Adobe Support Team or anyone in the community who can help,

I'm reaching out because I’ve noticed an incorrect debit on my account, and I believe it may have been charged in error. I haven’t been able to find another way to get in touch with Adobe customer support, so I’m hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.

Could anyone advise on how I can dispute this charge and request a refund if needed?

    check your account, https://account.adobe.com

     

    it should show what you were charged (commonly a stock subscription).

    Barbara, I am sorry, but I don't see any active subscriptions or recent purchases under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum.     Hi Adobe, I got debited on my account after I had cancelled my free trial long before it expired. I got debited today, and when I went to the website, I found an active Adobe Pro subscription I had already cancelled weeks ago. There was no mention of a refund in the email confirmation of the service I cancelled. It only said I'd have an active subscription until it expires; but this isn't what I want. Kindly look into this!
