Help needed to re install premiere pro

Hi all,

 

I am unable to re install PremPro on my PC. No matter how I try, it throws me back to the manage plan screen and tells me I already have it!! Been paying for the subscription since April this year (Also says I'm in a free trail period too?). Can't cancel it either as they will want £65 cancellation fee! 

 

No contact centre number I can call to resolve this either, really stuck and need some help

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

 

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

 

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

 

if that fails, change the install location

Thanks for the fast response, however, I have tried all these solution an it's still not fixed

Karl, I'm sorry you can't use your active Premiere Pro subscription. In addition to the suggestions offered by Kglad, please see https://adobe.ly/474fCLC for steps you can take to unblock the computer and allow it to see your active subscription.

 

I reviewed your account, and we haven't heard from the computer since early August, so you may want to review any changes or updates to security or other software that occurred in early August, Karl, as the possible cause of the error. ^JW
