help to reactivate acrobat pro 2020

bought Acrobat Pro 2020 thru 1 time purchase supposed no expiration date. 

in May my Acrobat Pro 2020 not working after I reinstalled the software again, keep showing “ reach maximum computer use” but I only use on 1 same computer but also asked me deactivate other computer or key in new license #. as I said only use 1 same computer.

now  Acrobat Pro 2020 block all usage. I can’t use it. Can you please help?

    the only way to recover an activation is to use a computer that has an activation and deactivate acrobat on that computer.  if that’s impossible, it’s impossible to recover an activation.  more:
