Dmytro, I'm sorry, but there's nothing we can do for you. This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the Adobe Community Professionals, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. We also can't give you access to subscriptions or Adobe stock. 

I would suggest contacting Customer Support. I believe Adobe has come up with some options to support Ukrainians and others affected by the war.

Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page or through a phone call. There is no email support.
