Help with cancel

  1. I'm being charged 22 dollars a month for a creative cloud subscription, I don't know how to cancel it, it's giving me no option and saying I have a free plan. When I asked the computer for help they said my email isn't linked to a subcribtion, but there is no other email I would be using. I don't know what to do
