help with deactivated student account plan
Hello! I had a plan on my student email. The account has since been deactivated since my email was deleted. I can't contact support because I don't have an account on my personal email and I don't have access to the chat feature on my new student email. Are plans on deactivated accounts automatically cancelled? I want to make sure I don't continue to be billed for this, but since the account has been deactivated I can't check. Let me know if you have any insight!
