Help with invoice

Hello, I bought Adobe Photoshop in Poland and on the invoice I received a payment calculation in EUR and PLN, unfortunately the amounts in PLN are calculated incorrectly. How can I obtain a settlement invoice so that the amounts match? the point is that the net amount + tax is not equal to the gross amount. Unfortunately, online chat with an employee did not help.
